Age Groups
- Ages 6–8: Introduction to Volleyball
- Ages 9–11: Skill Development
- Ages 12–14: Pre-Club Preparation
Athletes are grouped by age and skill level to ensure appropriate instruction and progression.
Tryout Preparation
For older athletes (ages 11–14), the program includes:
- Introduction to club tryout expectations
- Skill evaluations similar to club assessments
- Position-neutral training to build versatility
- Confidence-building drills and competitive play
